With a global view in mind, we believe a new business platform will be needed to accommodate our business and C-Suite clients.  Our operating platform will be efficient, organic, paperless and virtually convenient to our clients, yet maintain a high touch whether in person or online.  US&CO desires our clients to be focus on their quality of life and core business and leave the rest to us to manage and support.  Our talented professionals also want to enjoy quality of life and therefore do not want to over commit, maintaining a boutique firm with a global presence.

US&CO does away with traditional service models of fees from time sheet billings and collections that is excessively hard to manage and can lead to client misunderstandings.  Rather,  we come to an agreed price and value with our clients to set deliverables for the needed professional services along with a schedule payment frequency that works for both of us.  For larger clients, we appoach this under "assets under management" model between 10 to 60 basis points annually (less than one percent) broken down into quarterly payments.
